Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Altbau im Stadtteil Freiburg Wiehre. Fußläufig ist die Trambahnstation Johanneskirche in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. In die Innenstadt läuft man zu Fuß weniger als 10 Minuten und zur Dreisam ist es ein Katzensprung. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke.
Der Sternwald ist fußläufig in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
