mein Name ist Leon Bührer, für meine Wohnung in Freital würde ich gerne zum 01.08. Nachmietende finden. Ein späteres Einzugsdatum ist auf alle Fälle möglich.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 1 Jahr.
Die Wohnung ist symmetrisch geschnitten und hat sowohl Tageslichtküche und -bad. Alle Zimmer lassen sich vom Flur aus erreichen, somit ist sie auch WG -tauglich.
Zudem hat sie die beste Lage unmittelbar am Bahnhof Freital-Potschappel, wovon man den Dresdner Hauptbahnhof in 8 Minuten erreicht.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es gleich um die Ecke, von Kaufland, Lidl bis Norma.
