Hallo liebe Zwischenmiete. Ich bin ab Juli für ein halbes Jahr im Ausland und suche für diese Zeit geeignete Zwischenmieter.
Gerne könnt ihr auch weniger Monate einziehen. Mindestens 4 wären aber sehr gut.
Einzelperson, Paare oder auch eine Zweierwg ist möglich, da man das Büro als Zimmer umfunktionieren kann. Von der Vermieterin wird eine Schufa (request now) sowie eine Selbstauskunft verlangt. Tiere sind leider nicht erlaubt, da ich Allergiker bin.
Die Parksituation ist sehr gut und die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. 300m die Straße runter befindet sich der Gießener Stadtpark Schwanenteich. Die Autobahnanbindung ist sehr gut.
