Hallo,
da ich zwecks Studium die Stadt verlassen muss vermiete ich meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt knapp 33 m2 gross. Sie hat einen Balkon auf den ab 12 die Sonne drauf scheint und große Fenster.
Das größte Zimmer ist ca 16 m2 gross, das Kleine 8-9 m2.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Couch, Schreibtisch, Esstisch etc.) und hat Wlan und Kabelfernsehen. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller des Hauses.
Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, hat jedoch sehr gute Busanbindungen (Linie 1, 10, 11). Bahnhof bzw. Innenstadt sind zu Fuß in 10-15 min zu erreichen, Edeka und Tegut innerhalb von 5 min. Das Hauptgebäude der Universitätsklinik liegt praktisch um die Ecke!
