wir suchen für unsere zweizimmerwohnung einen nachmieter zum 15.10.11. die wohnung liegt im musikerviertel in der wingertshecke. buslinien 1 und 13 sind vor der tür, zur uniklinik ist es nicht weit. die wohnung ist 2er wg-geeignet (zimmer: 15qm, 21qm), parkplätze sind genügend vor der tür und eine gemeinschaftswaschküche, so wie abstellflächen im keller. eine einbauküche ist vorhanden. die wohnung kostet 340€ kalt + 140€ NK. Rückfragen gern per mail oder telefonisch ----/------- (ab 16uhr). wenn gewünscht, können einige möbel (kühlschrank, küchentisch, etc) übernommen werden. haustiere (hunde) erlaubt.
