Huhu ihr Wohnungssuchenden,
wir suchen einen Nachmieter zum ersten Dezember für unsere Wohnung.
Die Wohnung hat jeweils 2 Zimmer von ca. 17-18qm, ein goßes Bad mit Badewanne und eine große Wohnküche zu bieten. Des weiteren könnt ihr den Garten mitbenutzen.
Zur Verfügung wird auch ein Abstellraum im Keller gestellt und eine Fahrrad-Abstellkammer im hinteren Teil des Gartens.
Es wohnen im Haus selbst noch 3 andere Studentinnen,die sehr nett sind.
Pro Person haben meine Mitbewohnerin und ich 240Euro bezahlt(Warmmiete+Stadtwerke+Telfon und Internetflat)
