3-Zimmer helle Wohnung sucht Zwischenmieter/in als 2-3er WG (01.09.-30.09.2020)

- Die Wohnung ist nur am 01.09.-30.09.2020 verfügbar, keine Anmeldung und keine Verlängerung möglich. (Vielleicht ein paar Tage früher einziehen möglich)

Eine/n Zwischenmieter/-in oder auch als Pärchen / Familien für eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Gießen (Wieseck) wird gesucht.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und besitz eine Grundfläche von circa 70 Quadratmetern. Schönes und helles Wohn/Esszimmer mit einer offenen Küche, Bad mit Wanne und Dusche, und noch zwei Schlafzimmer.

Eine Einbauküche (inklusive Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Dunstabzugshaube und Schränke) und noch andere Möbel stehen zur Verfügung. (z.B. das Doppelstockbett, die Couches, der TV-Schrank, die Deckenlampen, Kleiderschränke, usw..) Selbstverständlich können wir auch die Wohnung unmöbiliert lassen wenn erwünscht.

Zu der Wohnung gehört ein privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Kellerraum und Abstellplatz fürs Fahrrad sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit Nachbaren vorhanden. Prinzipiell sind auch Haustiere erlaubt.

We are looking for a 1-month tenant for our apartment in Giessen-Wieseck. Flat sharing students, Partners or Families are all welcome.

The apartment is about 70m² on the Ground floor. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room together with an open kitchen, and a Bathroom with both shower and bathtub. There is always sunshine in the living room during daytime.

The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, an oven, an induction stove and a kitchen hood. There are also some furnitures available, for example, a bunkbed, 2 Sofas, a TV-shelf, ceiling lamps and 1-2 Wardrobes. We could also take away all the furniture per request.

There is a private outdoor parking lot which is included in the rent. Also there are bicycle shed and basement area for storage. Pets are basically allowed.
