Für unsere gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung suchen wir einen oder mehrere nette Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses, das hauptsächlich von Studenten bewohnt wird.
Küche ist vorhanden und Kühlschrank sowie Waschmaschine sollten bei Einzug gegen Abstand übernommen werden.
Die zwei Zimmer sind 20 m2 und 16,5 m2 groß.
Als Highlight der Wohnung befindet sich aus dem Wohnzimmer heraus ein kleiner Wintergarten.
Alles ist super schnell zu erreichen.
REWE und LIDL innerhalb 1min fußläufig zu erreichen.
Zur Stadt sowie zur THM sind es ca. 10 min Fußweg.
In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestationen der Linie 3, 5, 13, 12, 15, 520.
