There is a single apartment available from the first of June (01.06.2021) until the end of June (29.06.2021) in the calm student dormitory Albrecht-Thaer-Weg 12 (ATW). It is a 7-min walk from the bus station.
The apartment is 15 square meters and has a kitchenette (fridge, sink, 2 hot plates, pantry) and a wet room with a shower/sink/toilet. The floor is lined with linoleum (carpeting may be laid without fixed gluing!). The furniture consists of a built-in wardrobe, a bed with a mattress (200 cm long, 90 cm wide, a desk, chair, and bookshelves. It is not possible to move the furniture out. The Wi-Fi and LAN together with a Fixed-line telephone connection (private registration via telephone provider) and TV/radio reception via the antenna (48 programs) are available.
The tenant is entitled to use the laundry room and drying area of the laundry in accordance with the house rules governing Studentenwerk.
Price: 270 Euro warm rent (Warmmiete) including utilities (heating, electricity and readily available Wi-Fi internet)+ Kaution (250 euro).

Vom 1. Juni (01.06.2021) bis Ende Juni (29.06.2021) ist ein Einzelappartement im ruhigen Studentenwohnheim Albrecht-Thaer-Weg 12 (ATW) frei. Es ist 7 Gehminuten vom Busbahnhof entfernt. Die Wohnung ist 15 qm groß und hat eine Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Spüle, 2 Kochplatten, Speisekammer) und eine Nasszelle mit Dusche/Waschbecken/WC. Der Boden ist mit Linoleum ausgelegt (Teppichboden kann ohne feste Verklebung verlegt werden!).
Die Möblierung besteht aus einem Einbauschrank, einem Bett mit Matratze (200 cm lang, 90 cm breit), einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl und einem Bücherregal. Es ist nicht möglich, die Möbel auszuziehen. WLAN und LAN sowie ein Festnetztelefonanschluss (private Anmeldung über Telefonanbieter) und TV-/Radioempfang über die Antenne (48 Programme) sind vorhanden. Der Mieter ist berechtigt, die Waschküche und den Trockenraum der Wäscherei gemäß der Hausordnung des Studentenwerks zu nutzen.
Preis: 270 Euro Warmmiete inkl. Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom und sofort verfügbares WLAN-Internet) + Kaution (250 Euro).
