Ich suche nach ein Nachmieter für eine helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit einer Durchgangszimmer, welche sich im 1.OG eines Altbauhauses der Göttinger Innenstadt befindet.
Die Vermietung erfolgt ausschließlich an Studenten und Auszubildende.
Nach Absprache ist auch ein früherer Bezug der Wohnung möglich, schreibt mir einfach:)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Sowohl Kaufland und Rewe, als auch das Gänseliesel und Cafés etc. sind innerhalb von 5-10min Fußweg erreichbar.
Den Unicampus erreichst du in 15min Fußweg oder mit dem Fahrrad in 5min.
Der Göttinger Wall ist auch in der Nähe, perfekt für Spaziergänge oder Jogging.
Ich würde gerne die Wohnung mit einige Möbeln für einen fairen Preis abgeben.
Möbel:
- Bett, Esstisch, Schreibtisch, Fernsehtisch, Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine.
Der Abschlag wird ca.500€ sein.
Meldet euch bitte nur, wenn ihr auch vorhabt die Möbel zu übernehmen.
