Liebe Wohnungssuchenden!
Ich trenne mich schweren Herzens von meiner sehr liebgewonnenen Wohnung in der Eisenbahnstaße 21. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, beide nahezu quadratisch gleichgroß (ca. 16m²) leider nicht Wg-geeignet, da eins ein Durchgangszimmer ist.
Das Highlight allerdings ist die Wohnküche plus Balkon mit direktem Blick ins Grüne.
Kiessee, Eiswiese, Brauwegfreibad, Aldi und Stadtzentrum sind nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Und als Bonus gibt es noch eine unkomplizierte, freundliche Hausgemeinschaft mit obendrauf!
Also, lasst euch nicht lumpen und schaut's euch mal an! Für Fragen stehe ich natürlich zur Verfügung.
