Diese Wohnung ist vom Schnitt her perfekt für eine 2er WG geeignet. Sie bietet zwei gleich große, geräumige Zimmer, eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad. Vom Flur aus sind alle Zimmer erreichbar.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht zur Straße hinaus und ist dank angenehmer Nachbarn sehr ruhig. Das Laminat wurde erst vor kurzem verlegt, die Sanitäranlagen und die Küche sind in gutem Zustand. Für eine eigene Waschmaschine ist leider kein Anschluss, aber im Haus befindet sich ein Waschsalon.
Die Schallisolation zu den Nachbarn ist erstaunlich gut!
Die Wohnung lebt von ihrer Lage! Diese könnte für Studenten besser nicht sein:
Campus und Mensa liegen in 100m Entfernung, ebenso Rewe und im weiteren Verlauf der Straße noch Lidl und Penny. Im Rewe befindet sich eine Poststation und im Haus selbst ein Waschsalon sowie eine Arztpraxis.
Stadt, Bahnhof und Klinikum lassen sich mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min erreichen. Eine Busstation ist direkt um die Ecke.
