In der Wohnung ist Parkett verlegt, in Bad und Küche Fliesen.
The flat is made up of two rooms, a small hall, a kitchen and a bathroom with WC/shower. It is fully furnitured. The bedroom has a bed (140cm), a wardrobe and a desk, the kitchen has table with chairs and the living room is made up of a large sofa and a TV station. Shelfs are available in both rooms.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Göttinger Innenstadt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentralcampus entfernt. Die zentrale Umsteigehaltestelle des Göttinger Busverkehrsnetzes liegt ca. fünf Minuten entfernt. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls zehn Minuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegen verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bars und Kultureinrichtungen. Von der Wohnung überblickt man die Göttinger Innenstadt.
It is located in the city centre and is in a walking distance of 10 minutes to the central campus and five minutes to the next bus stop, which serves all bus lines. The train station is also approx. 10 minutes away. In very close walking distance you can find shopping opportunities, bars and cafes and cultural infrastructure.
Die Wohnung steht von Anfang März bis Ende August zur Verfügung (auf Anfrage ggf. abweichend) und eignet sich für Singles und Paare. Die Kosten beinhalten Heizung, Elekrtizität, Wifi und GEZ.
The flat is available from the beginning of March until the end of August (small changes might be possible if you want) and is ideal for singles and couples. The rent as given above covers everything including gas, electricity, Wifi, TV tax.
