Wir suchen für den 1 April 2018 Nachmieter für unsere gemütliche Wohnung. Ich werde diese Anzeige ins Deutsche übersetzen.
The Wohnung consists of two rooms, a porch, a kitchen, and a bathroom. One room, currently the bedroom, is located off of the road by the porch, which is exclusive to the Wohnung. The other is quite bright with large windows and has space for a bed above (which we currently use for storage as seen in the photos). It is WG suitable, since each room has its own entrance - though in this case the only shared space would be the bathroom, the hall, the kitchen, and the porch.
The location of the apartment is very ideal. It is right in the center of town close to bus stops and practically above Rewe. Everything you might need is within a short walk. It is located on Papendiek, a quiet street at the start of the Fußgängerzone. Both the university and train station are about a ten minute walk.
Nebenkosten are 105€ for individuals at 120€ for two, though these are adjusted up or down based on use at the end of the year. This includes all costs except electricity and internet.
The kitchen is included and has room for the tall table seen in the photos. We can also sell some of the furniture for a reasonable price. There is access to a washing machine, and there is bike storage available.
