The place is very bright thanks to the large windows on both sides of the apartment. The total space of 65 m² makes this place perfect for singles or couples. The location is in the very city center of Göttingen. The bus stops are withing a 2-5 min walking distance (Jüdenstraße, Markt, Kornmartk, Geismartor). The train station can be reached in 10 min. In a 100m radius there are three supermarkets (Kaufland, Alnatura and Rewe) and several Cafè, Beckerei and bars. Despite the central location the street is quiet and with little traffic.
We are planning to sell all the furnitures and house appliances (washing machine and dishwasher) for 2000 euro to leave the apartment fully furnished. The total rent of 750 euro comprises utility costs (water and heating) but not electricity and internet connection.
