Looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Hannoversche Strasse 134. The apartment is managed by the estate agency Rohmann Immobilien. Info can also be available here:

The location is just 20 min by feet from UniNord and connected to the City Centre by bus line 31/32, and 62.
The apartment is located at the ground floor of a building. It consists of 2 large rooms, one facing on the main street, the other on the inner courtyard with the car parking, a kitchenette, and small bathroom.
The apartment is available from the 1st of April, but it may be possible for one to come into by two weeks earlier.
The Nebenkosten covers all the heating, water, janitor service and all other generic expenses related to the building. In the basement there is a laundry with 3 washing machines and a dryer working with coins.
