Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für eine helle freundliche 2 1/2 Raumwohnung mit verglastem Balkon (Süd-West-Ausrichtung) in der Koitenhäger Landstraße, Greifswald ab November 2014. Die Wohnung wird von der WVG vermietet. Bodenbelege und Küche, die wir eingebaut haben, können übernommen werden (Kombikühlschrank, E-Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Schränke in weiß). Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Anklamer Straße, ist aber trotzdem recht ruhig und vor allem nicht einsehbar. In der Nähe der Wohnung finden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 5-10 min zum neuen Uni-Campus und ca. 15 min in die Innenstadt.
Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für eine 2er WG.
