Biete hier meine geräumige, sehr helle 3-Zimmer-Wohnung an. Sie ist bestens für Wohngemeinschaften geeignet und sehr günstig. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind in gutem Zustand und der Balkon ist besonders schön. Ein Zimmer hat 12 m², das andere 11 m². Das Wohnzimmer hat ca. 19 m².
Ich ziehe Ende September 2015 aus. Die Wohnung kann dann schon übernommen werden, jedoch läuft die Frist genauer bis Ende Oktober diesen Jahres.
Die Wohnung liegt in Schönwalde 2. Den neuen Campus erreicht man mit dem Rad bequem in 10 min, Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor der Tür. In die Stadt braucht man mit dem Rad ca. 15 min. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in weniger als 5 min zu erreichen. Das Fitnessstudio 'Clever Fit' liegt direkt nebenan.
eine vollständige Küche, ein sehr großes, modulares Wandregal im Wohnzimmer sowie Esstisch, Couch und Teppich können bei Belieben übernommen werden. Sie sind alle in gutem/einwandfreiem Zustand. Preis dafür verhandelbar.
