Wir suchen zum 01. August 2015 einen Nachmieter für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Ostseeviertel (Ryckseite).
Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil. Auch ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden. Einkaufsläden (Aldi, Sky, Netto, Edeka) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Zum Ryck ist es nur ein Katzensprung, nach Wieck und Eldena kommt man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Die Bibliothek/neue Mensa erreicht ihr mit dem Fahrrad in der gleichen Zeit.
Die Wohnung wird von der WGG vermietet. Die Miete beträgt 445 € warm und ist WG-geeignet.
