Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Fettenvorstadt / Fleischervorstadt. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage! Sie liegt sehr ruhig und befindet sich im ehemaligen Institut für organische Chemie. Obwohl das Gebäude von 1954 stammt, ist die Wohnung sehr modern, verfügt über ein kleines Bad sowie eine Kochnische mit 2 Herdplatten. Das Haus hat auch einen Hausmeister, der gerne hilft, wenn es ums Handwerkliche geht. Die Putzhilfe kommt 1 x die Woche und sorgt dafür, dass das Treppenhaus sauber bleibt, also auch darum müsstest du dich nicht kümmern ;)
Fahrradräume und Waschräume sind im Haus vorhanden.
Der Bahnhof sowie die Universitätsgebäude sind schnell zu erreichen! Auch zum nächsten Rewe/ Aldi / Netto ist es nicht weit
Besichtigungstermine können ab sofort mit mir vereinbart werden.
Die Wohnung hat 31,03 qm und kostet 313€ kalt. An Nebenkosten kommen nochmal 105€ dazu.
