Die Wohnung hat 2-Zimmer (20qm² und 15qm²). Am kleineren Zimmer gibt es einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen. An der Küche ist der zweite größere Balkon. Die Wohnung ist sowohl für Pärchen als auch als 2er Wg super geeignet. Das Bad ist klein, aber fein. In der Badewanne kann auch geduscht werden. Es gibt außerdem eine große Abstellkammer, die äußerst praktisch ist.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Block am Hafen. Zum Markt sind es 3 min. Der Bus fährt um die Ecke ab (2min). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 min beim Neuen Campus und 5 min bis zum Audimax. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß 15 min.
Die Küche kann komplett für 200€ übernommen werden(Herd, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank enthalten).
