Es handelt sich um eine schoene 2 1/2 Zimmerwohnung. Fuer eine "Blockwohnung" ist sie richtig schoen und billig. Der Boden ist nicht mit Teppich, sondern mit einem Parkett-aehnlichen Belag. Das sieht richtig schoen aus.Die Sonne scheint morgens im Schlafzimmer und nachmittags im Wohnzimmer und in der Kueche. Die Kueche ist auch sehr gross.
Das Haus ist sehr freundlich.
Man hat gute Verkehrsmoeglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Es gibt einen Bus ganz in der Naehe. Das Schoenwaldecenter erreicht man zu Fuss in 5 Minuten.
Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung der WWG Greifswald. Da wir schon frueher, als erwartet wegziehen, suchen wir ab 1.September einen Nachmieter fuer unsere Wohnung. Es gibt keine Kaution, aber Genossenschaftsanteile ueber 1080Euro, die man zurueck bekommt. Wenn Ihr Interesse habt, meldet Euch einfach bei mir und schaut Euch die Wohnung an.
