Ich suche ab 01.01.2019 (nicht später) einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung direkt am Markt.
Die Wohnung wurde 2016 komplett saniert. Trotz der Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig (Hinterhaus).
Es sind 1,5 Zimmer, eine schöne Einbauküche und ein modernisiertes Bad mit Dusche. Durch den Markt hat man eine super Anbindung an die ÖPNV, zudem ist man super schnell in der Uni.
Besichtigungen sind am besten Donnerstags oder am WE möglich. Bei Interesse meldet euch gern. Viele Grüße
