Ich biete meine 2-Zimmerwohnung mit Einbauküche in Toplage zur Nachmiete an. Bezugsfrei wird die Wohnung ab dem 01.07.18.
Die Küche beinhaltet eine nahezu neue Ceran-Induktionskochplatte, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, eine Sitzecke mit Esstisch und 3 Stühlen und einen französischen Balkon zum ruhigen Hinterhof, der tagsüber schön viel Licht hinein lässt. Sie lässt also kaum Wünsche offen. Der Minibackofen kann auf Wunsch zusätzlich übernommen werden.
Sie liegt genau im Zentrum der Innenstadt - man ist innerhalb von 1 Minute am Hallmarkt und läuft nur 2 Minuten bis zum Marktplatz. Somit ist man perfekt an alle Straßenbahnlinien angebunden.
Die Wohnung eignet sich auch ideal als 2er-WG und hat ein Bad mit Dusche. Zudem gibt es noch einen Kelleranteil und den Hinterhof mit Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Haustiere sind nach Rücksprache mit der Vermietung erlaubt.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem wunderschönen Holzdielenboden verlegt und hat hohe, gut isolierte Fenster, die die Wohnung erhellen.
