Ich werde nach Leipzig ziehen und meistens dort wohnen, aber meine Sachen in dem kleinen Raum der Wohnung aufbewahren und sie manchmal besuchen. Sie wohnen also fast alleine auf einer ganzen Fläche (ca. 53 m2) zum Preis von nur einem Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, bereits mit allen notwendigen Möbeln ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf den Piessnitzer Park ab der 4. Etage.

I offer a cozy and light apartment which I rent myself at the moment. I will move to Leipzig and mostly live there, but keep my stuff at the small room of the apartment and visit it sometimes. So you will live almost alone in a whole space ( around 53 m2 ) for the price of just one room. The apartment is spacious, equipped already with all necessary furniture, has a balcony with an amazing view of the Piessnitz park from the 4th floor highs.
Das Gebäude befindet sich direkt hinter der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gimritzer Damm, sodass Sie eine gute Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum (7 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) sowie an den Weinberg-Campus (2 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß) haben. Und natürlich liegt der Peisnitz Park direkt gegenüber, also perfekt zum Spazierengehen und Joggen.
The building is located right behind the Gimritzer Damm tram stop, so you will be well connected to the city center ( 7 mins tram or 15 min bike) as well as Weinberg campus ( 2 mins tram or 5 mins bike or 10 mins walk). And of course Peisnitz park is just across the road, so it's perfect for walks and jogging.
