Kurz und knapp: Ca. 37 qm, 1. OG, 1,5 Zimmer, Dielen, verputzte Wände, perfekte Raumaufteilung mit Bad mit Wanne und Fenster, Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, kleiner Flur und all das vor knapp 1,5 Jahren mit Liebe zum Detail saniert.
Dazu: Großer Hinterhof mit Kräutern, Rosen, Sonne, Sandkasten und abschließbarem Fahrradunterstand. Das große Plus sind sehr nette Nachbar*innen und Vermieter.
Nach Absprache kann von mir übernommen werden: Waschmaschine, teils improvisierte Küche (s. Fotos, ohne Kühlschrank), Wandregal (ohne Bretter), Muth-Internet für 10 €/Monat (derzeit mit Nachbarin geteilt).
Über einen späteren Einzug kann natürlich gesprochen werden.
Sehr zentral. In 2 Fuß-Minuten im Stadtpark, in 3 Rad-Minuten bei Rewe/Lidl/Bäcker, in 7 Rad-Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und Marktplatz. 3 Fuß-minuten zur Tramhaltestelle.
