Da ich mein Studium beendet habe und mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine möblierte Wohnung in Halle-Neustadt. Die Wohnung wird am 01.02.19 frei.
Die Wohnung soll bevorzugterweise möbliert abgegeben werden. Alle Möbel sind vor 3 Jahren neu gekauft worden, haben z.T. noch Garantie (Küche) und sind in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Meine Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren sarniert und hat u.a. ein neues Bad bekommen.
Besichtungstermine können vereinbart werden.
Die Nebenkosten sind deutlich geringer als angegeben. Ich hatte dieses Jahr eine Rückzahlung von 200€.
Es gibt einen Keller, Fahrradkeller und einen Balkon.
An sich ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen, von den Nachbar hört man ebenfalls nichts.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 min in der Innenstadt, zur nächsten Haltestelle (Zentrum Neustadt) sind es ca. 5 min zu Fuß. Das Centrum Neustadt ist 5 min entfernt mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man für den Alltag benötigt.
Bei dem Verwalter (BWG) kann die Kaution erlassen werden, wenn man den Studentenstatus nachweist.
