Wir suchen ab dem 15. August 2016 Nachmieter für eine sehr schöne, helle und großzügige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im 2. OG in einem Altbau. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche mit Küche, die übernommen werden soll. Zudem gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Dielen sowie Dielen im Schlafzimmer und Flur. Neben dem Bad gibt es ein separates WC. Praktisch ist auch der achteckige Vorraum, der zu beiden Wohnungen auf der Etage führt - in ihm lassen sich allerlei Sachen verstauen. Und das beste - es sind sehr nette Nachbarn im Haus!
Schöne zentrale Lage, mit guter Einkaufsmöglichkeit (ein rund um die Uhr geöffneter Edeka ist in der Nähe) und Straßenbahnanbindung. Direkt am August-Bebel-Platz gibt es ein gemütliches Café, Restaurants, einen Bäcker, eine Eisdiele, einen Friseur und eine Apotheke. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Wiese und einen Springbrunnen, wo man verweilen und nette Leute treffen kann.
