Außerdem ist die Nachbarschaft historisch und bietet viel Natur. Der Hausmeister ist 24 Stunden im Gebäude und immer bereit, Ihnen zu helfen oder sich mit der Firma in Verbindung zu setzen, um Ihr Bedürfnis zu erfüllen.
Die Nachbarn sind Familien und die Umgebung ist sehr sicher
Die großen Fenster machen die Räume hell und freundlich, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig.


Lage: direkt neben der Paulus-Apotheke.
Mit Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum S-Bahnhof sind es nur 4 Gehminuten, zu Edeka 6 Minuten und zum S-Bahnhof Am Steintor ca. 7 Minuten. Der (auch Nacht-)Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus und verschiedene Bahnhöfe sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
