Die Wohnung ist klein und gemütlich. Ideal für Studenten oder Singles.
Ich musste im letzten Winter die Heizung nicht einmal anstellen und hatte trotzdem konstant 20,5 Grad im Wohnzimmer. Im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist eine kleine Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen und Geschirrspüler. Das Bad hat einen großen Wandspiegel.Ebenso ist der Waschmaschinenanschluss im Bad.
Ich habe monatlich 23€ Abschlag für Strom bei der EVH gezahlt.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des Paulusviertels in der Nähe des Reilecks. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (24h Edeka) und Straßenbahnhaltestellen (Reileck und LuWu). Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Stadt.
Gerne können wir eine Besichtigung vereinbaren. Bei Interesse bitte anrufen. Sollte ich nicht erreichbar sein, rufe ich so schnell wie möglich zurück.
