da ich mit dem Studium fertig bin wird meine 1,5-Zimmer Wohnung in der Lessingstraße ab 01.02.2019 frei und ich suche einen Nachmieter. Sie liegt sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus und hat einen Südwest-Balkon zum Innenhof raus.
Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohn-/Essbereich, einem abgetrenntem Schlafbereich (jedoch keine Tür, siehe Fotos) und einem kleinen Tageslichtbad mit Dusche. Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Keller sowie ein kleiner Abstellraum. Außerdem gibt es einen abgeschlossenen Fahrradkeller.
Die Lage ist perfekt! Bahnhaltestelle, Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Steintor-Campus sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
