Da ich für 2,5 Monate nicht in Halle sein werde, vermiete ich meine wunderschöne 2 Zimmerwohnung im Paulusviertel.
Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet und ist top ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über eine Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, allerlei Küchengeräten, ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett und Kleiderschrank, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch und Esstisch, ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen großen Balkon mit Kräutern und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Kammer mit einer Waschmaschine, einen Zugang zu einem Wäscheraum mit einem Wäschetrockner, einen Keller, falls du etwas lagern musst, und Fahrradstellplätze.

Since I will not be in Halle for 2.5 months, I rent my beautiful 2 room apartment in the Paulusviertel.
The apartment is rented fully furnished and is top equipped. It has a kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, all kinds of kitchen appliances, a bedroom with bed and closet, a living room with sofa bed, desk and dining table, a small bathroom with shower and a large balcony with herbs and seating. It also has a small cabinet with a washing machine, access to a laundry room with a tumble dryer, a basement if you need to store some things, and bicyle parking.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönsten Viertel der Stadt, dem Paulusviertel! Hier gibt es alles was du brauchst: die beste Eisdiele der Stadt, schöne Cafés, Bäckerein, Supermärkte, Imbisse, Restaurants, Post, Apotheken, Ärzt:innen… alles um die Ecke. Der Steintor-Campus ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, alles andere ganz Halle-typisch nicht mehr als 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Die Tram-Stops Am Steintor, Am Wasserturm und Lessingstraße sind alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful quarter of the city, the Paulusviertel! Here you have everything you need: the best ice cream parlor in town, nice cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, snack bars, restaurants, post office, pharmacies, doctors... everything around the corner. The Steintor campus is only a 5 minute walk away, everything else quite Halle-typical no more than 15 minutes by bike. The Tram stops Am Steintor, Am Wasserturm and Lessingstraße are located close to the flat and reachable within 5 minutes.
