Newly furnished apartment - two nights a week with room mate

We offer a fully furnished apartment in a 2-room flat in the best location of Halle: the Paulusviertel. You would essentially have the apartment for yourself, only two nights a week is your nice and friendly roommate using it (coming late in the evening and leaving early in the morning). Everything is included - from electricity to WIFI.

The apartment is located on the top floor and is freshly painted. The furniture is completely new. From the hallway, you first enter the large room - which could be yours (about 25 sqm). It is equipped with a 140x200 cm bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a couch and a desktop. The room is very large and bright due to three windows and further windows on the roof. The apartment also has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen has a large table with seating and a kitchen with oven and all necessary cutlery, plates and cooking utensils.
A new fitted kitchen has been recently installed.

Wir bieten ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in bester Lage von Halle an: dem Paulusviertel.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage und ist frisch gestrichen. Die Möbel sind komplett neu. Vom Flur aus gelangst du zunächst in das große Zimmer, welches deins sein könnte (ca. 25 qm). Es ist mit einem 140x200 cm großen Bett, Nachttischen, einem Kleiderschrank, einer Couch und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell durch drei Fenster und weitere Fenster im Dach (Oberlichter).

Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Küche hat einen großen Tisch mit Sitzgelegenheiten sowie einer Küche mit Backofen und allen notwendigen Bestecken, Tellern und Kochutensilien. Eine neue Einbauküche wurde gerade installiert.
