Suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung ab 01.08.2021 .
Die moderne Einbauküche inkl. Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Backofen, Dunstabzugshaube Esstisch, Bett mit Bettkasten, Lattenrost und neuer Matratze (gekauft in Februar 2021), Schuhschrank, Rollos /Plissees (neu, gekauft Mai 2021) und die Beleuchtung (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Flur, Badezimmer) sind gegen eine Ablöse von 1550€ zu übernehmen. Weitere Möbel können nach Absprache ebenfalls übernommen werden.
Die Hausverwaltung ist unkompliziert, nett und stets hilfsbereit. April dieses Jahres wurde bspw. die Dusche komplett ausgewechselt.
Die Wohnung liegt komplett zum Hof hin und ist damit super ruhig. In der Nähe Bäcker, Apotheke, Rewe, Lidl und Uni Campus. In 2 Minuten erreicht man die Straßenbahn.
Nette und ruhige Nachbarschaft.
Besichtigungen ab sofort möglich.
