Die beiden Zimmer isind sehr hell. Man schaut direkt in den Gipfel einer schönen Kastanie und auf die schöne Altbaustraße. Manchmal schauen Vögel als " Nachbarn" vorbei.
Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, daher ist Sie größer als die 88m im Mietvertrag. Allerdings ist die Deckenhöhe an manchen Stellen etwas niedriger als 210m. Dadurch bekommt die Wohnung einen sehr gemütlichen Charakter.
Bad, Küche, Flur und die beiden Zimmer sind sehr großzügig.
In den beiden Zimmern und dem Flur ist Teppich.
