Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung hat insgesamt eine Fläche 48qm. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind gleich geschnitten. Im Wohnzimmer wurde im Dezember 2019 neues Laminat verlegt (Dem ersten Bild zu entnehmen).
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Kochnische mit Einbauküche. Die EBK wurde im Mai 2017 erworben und hat eine Ceranfeld Kochplatte. Die EBK hat mit Kühlschrank und Einbau 2000€ gekostet, Kaufbelege sind vorhanden. Die Küche muss in jedem Fall übernommen und ein Abschlag an den Vormieter gezahlt werden.
Es sind zudem noch einige Möbelstücke bei Interesse zu verkaufen.
Bei Interesse gibt es noch ein Video zur Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral in der Innenstadt. Die Uni ist zu fuß in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer nähe befinden sich auch: Sparkasse, Konsum Supermarkt, Toros Döner, Joliot-Curie-Platz Haltestelle, diverse Bäcker, Friseursalons, Galeria Kaufhof, Marktplatz oder sogar ein Fahrradgeschäft.
Zum Haus gibt es noch einen Hinterhof indem sich sowohl die Mülltonnen als auch die Abstellplätze für die Fahrräder befinden.
