Da sich meine WG auflöst und ich für meinen Vermieter mich nach Nachmieter/innen umschaue bekommt ihr als erstes die Gelegenheit mein/e Nachmieter/in zu werden.

Küche ist vorhanden und bleibt ablösefrei drin.
Mit der Wohnung kommt eine Gemeinschafts Dachterrasse.
Die Miete beträgt ca. 880€ (ohne Strom)
Die WG ist ab dem 15.7 dann zu übernehmen.
