Ich vermiete meine Wohnung im schönen Eimsbüttel befristet vom 20.12.2019 bis zum 20.03.2020 (maximal bis zum 31.03.2020) unter. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG, hat 2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad sowie einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist (abgesehen von einer Spülmaschine) mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und wird möbliert vermietet. Auf Grund der Ausstattung (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer) kommt eine Vermietung als WG nicht in Betracht. Die Warmmiete beträgt pauschal 750 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist durch die U-2 sehr gut angebunden (5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn-Station Lutterothstraße / 8 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn-Station Osterstraße). Zudem liegt die Bushaltestelle Sartoriusstraße direkt vor der Tür.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung finden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Edeka, Budni, Bäcker, Metzger, Getränke- und Weinhandel, Gemüsehändler, jeden Samstag Wochenmarkt) sowie Cafés und Restaurants.
