Ich beziehe zum 6.3. Eine neue Wohnung mit meiner Freundin und suche hier jemanden zur Zwischenmiete und wenn es klappt gerne als Nachmieter. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung der Saga Gwg Genossenschaft.
Sie besitzt zwei 15-16qm große Zimmer, ein renoviertes Duschbad, eine Einbauküche und Flur. In der Wohnung gibt es einen Dielenfußboden. Die Zimmer und der Flur wurden letztes Jahr weiß gestrichen.
Die Wohnung insgesamt ist ca 48 qm groß, besitzt eine Küche mit fast neuen Küchenschränken. Gut wäre, wenn ich meinen Tresen für kleines Geld an dich verkaufen kann.

Die Wohnung liegt nahe der U-Bahn Station Rauhes Haus (HBF 7 Minuten ), Einkaufs- und Sportmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden (McFit, Sky, Penny, Lidl, Budni).
