Ich suche für meine schöne, helle 2-Zimmer Wohnung ab sofort einen Nachmieter. Bad und Wohnung sind in einem guten Zustand. Die Dielen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind einfach super schön. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und ein Fenster. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in großer Anzahl gleich um die Ecke. Die nächste U-Bahn Haltestelle (U2) ist in 5 Min zu erreichen. Mit der U-Bahn braucht man 10 Min in die Innenstadt. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Vor und hinter dem Haus ist es schön grün.
Der Ablauf:
Die Wohnung kann am Sa. den 6.07.13 nach Absprache besichtigt werden. Bitte schreibt mir eine E-mail mit eurer Telefonnummer, ich melde mich dann bei euch und wir machen einen Termin für Sa.
Bei Interesse müsst ihr euch bei der Vermietung (mit Einkommensnachweis und Schufa (request now) -Auszug) melden. Die trift dann letztendlich die Entscheidung.
