Hallo :),
ich bin auf der Suche nach 2 Untermietern ab dem 01.07.24 für ein Jahr. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 53 qm und zwei Zimmer. Sie ist teilmöbliert und hat alles notwendige was man zum Leben braucht.
Zu der Wohnung gehören ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Balkon, 2 Abstellkammern und eine Küche mit Waschmaschine.
Die Kosten betragen 1290€ warm, inkl. Internet, Strom, Wasser, Gas etc. Für den Fall dass der Verbrauch extrem hoch ist, kann der Wert schwanken.
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral und ist gut angebunden. Man braucht zwei min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Station Hasselbrook, direkt nebenan ist ein Edeka, Budni, Bäckereien und Restaurants. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit der Bahn nur 6-7 min und mehrere (sehr schöne) Parks gibt es hier auch.
Wäre super wenn ihr mir eine Nachricht schreibt in der ihr euch kurz vorstellt.
Am liebsten würde ich die Wohnung an ein Paar vergeben.
