Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung, die zum 1. Dezember frei wird.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 1 Person und wurde letzter Sommer renoviert:
großes Wohnzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, EBK, Handtuchheizung im Bad, großer Süd-Balkon / Loggia, geräumiger Keller.
Außerdem, möchte ich einen Abschlag von 450€ für meinen Laminat und Bett (inkl. Lattenrost und Matraze) nehmen.
Im Nebenkosten sind Betriebskosten, Wasser und Heizung enthalten.
Bitte schreibt mal paar Wörter über euch in der email (Alter, Tätigkeit,...).
