Es gibt ein großes Wohn/Schlafzimmer und einen Wohnflur mit E-Piano, Sofa und Esstisch.

Top Lage in Ottensen, nahe der Fabrik.

Sehr gute ÖPNV - Anbindung (S1 in 7 min zu Fuß, Bahnhof Altona ca. 12min, Bus in 2 min zu erreichen), Caraharingstation direkt gegenüber.

Nahversorgung wie Supermärkte und ein guter Bäcker ums Eck, die nächsten Cafes in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Zur Elbe sind es ca. 20min zu Fuß.

Also sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Ich bin unter der Woche nicht in Hamburg, am Wochenende aber schon. Wenn es bei dir umgekehrt ist, lass uns überlegen, welches Format gut passen würde. Du könntest zum Beispiel von Dienstag bis Freitag hier wohnen oder je nachdem auch schon von Montag oder Sonntag Abend. Je nach Absprache ist das flexibel lösbar. Wenn es für einen begrenzten Zeitraum durchgängig sein soll, geht das evtl. auch (mal).
