Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung im schönen Ottensen zum 01.12.2014.
Die Wohnung hat 2 gleichgroße Zimmer und eine große Wohnküche mit Einbauschränken und E-Herd. Anschlüsse für Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Es gibt aber auch einen Waschkeller mit einer Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine und Trockner (Kosten 50 Cent/1€ pro Wäsche), außerdem einen Fahrradkeller. Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerraum oder Dachboden.
Das Halten von Katzen ist kein Problem.
Bei Fragen fragen!
Mit den Buslinien 150, 250 und 1 ist man in ca 7 Minuten am Bahnhof Altona. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächsten S-Bahnstationen sind Altona oder Bahrenfeld. Zur Elbe läuft man ca 15 Minuten.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist entspannt.
Untermiete ist nicht erwünscht. Das heißt, dass die, die einziehen auch im Mietvertrag stehen müssen.
Es ist ein eher ruhiges Haus mit netten Nachbarn, die auch mal die Blumen im Urlaub gießen und einem eine Tasse Zucker leihen. Party-WGs passen nicht in die Hausgemeinschaft.
