Ich vermiete zwischen dem 23.07. und dem 28.07. meine helle, ruhige, superschöne Wohnung. Sie ist für 2-3 Personen geeignet. Alles da, was man braucht (WiFi, TV, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, div. Küchengeräte, Badewanne, Balkon...). Ideal zum Entspannen zwischen Großstadthektik und Sightseeingstress!
Die Wohnung hat ein Schlaf- und ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem auch ein Schlafsofa ist.
Supermärkte sind an der nächsten Straßenecke (Kaiser´s, Aldi), Schwimmbad mit Sauna 10 min zu Fuß.
Es gibt eine gute Anbindung - die Ringbahn ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt (S Greifswalder), Tram´s fahren in ca. 15 min zum Alexanderplatz. Nette Restaurants, Cafe's etc. sind ca. 10-15 zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Miete beträgt pro Tag 30€.

I sublet my lovely apartment to trustful people.
The flat is located at Prenzlauer Berg (at the border of Friedrichshain, Mitte & Weißensee) in Rietzestraße, a short walk from the S-Bahn station Greifswalder Straße (Ringbahn S41, S42 & S8; Tram 4). It is a beautiful living neighbourhood: quiet, light, friendly -- and just a stone's throw from so many exciting areas: Prenzlauer Berg's fancy areas around Helmholtz and Kollwitz Platz, Kastanienallee & Mauerpark with heaps of yummy restaurants, bars and loveley shops (10 minutes with public transport, 5 minutes by bike), Friedrichshain's clubbing and more alternative day and night life (15 to 20 minutes with public transport) or Mitte/Alexanderplatz (10 minutes with public transport). Still you'll find a perfect infrastructure here such as supermarkets, drugstores and other shops as well as parks and swimming pools just around the corner. Living here is like holiday in the city everyday, you'll love it!

The apartment is quiet and also pretty light. It is 55 m2, with a bed- and a livingroom, a cosy and well equipped kitchen with - the best - a big balcony southside. Also a bathroom with a bath tub and a hallway. In the kitchen there is a fridge, a washing machine and oven and all things you need for cooking. The comfortable living and bedrooms have bed, sofa, drawers, a closet, TV, chairs, lamps... all the things you need for living :-) Bed linen and towels are available for free. Internet/ WiFi is provided as well. I am looking for someone clean and responsible to sublet my apartment during 23 of July until at the latest Sunday, 28 of July.
