Ich möchte meine schöne Wohnung für ein Jahr (01.06. 2020/ oder 01.07.2020 - 30.06.2021 evtl. auch länger) untervermieten. Die Zweizimmerwohnung wirkt viel größer, als sie ist ;-) . Die Wohnung ist mit Laminat ausgelegt und mit großen Fenstern (mit Jalousien) ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, obwohl sie so zentral ist. Zu Fuß benötigt man 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Die U- und S- Bahn Station Berliner Tor ist in 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Lange Reihe mit tollen Cafés und Kneipen ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen. Dennoch ist die Wohnung ruhig, hell und der Ausblick ist grün. Sie verfügt über zwei Zimmer, einer ausgestatten Küche mit Waschmaschine und großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, ein neues Badezimmer, Flur und einen kleinen Balkon und Abstellraum. Zusätzlich gibt es einen großen Trockenraum und Dachboden. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 899€, inbegriffen sind Heizung, Wasser (kalt und warm) , Strom und Treppenhausreinigung etc.
