Wir machen eine längere Reise und wollen daher unsere Wohnung in der Zwischenzeit untervermieten.
Die Wohnung steht ab Mitte März bis Ende Mai (15.3.-31.05.2022) zur Verfügung.
Es handelt sich um eine helle Dachgeschoss-Wohnung mitten in St. Georg. Neben dem großen Schlafzimmer gibt es ein WC sowie ein Duschbad. Die Küche öffnet sich direkt zum großen Ess- und Wohnbereich.

We will be taking a longer trip and would like to sublet our flat during that time.
The flat will be free from the middle of march until the end of may.
It is at the top of the building and therefore very bright. Additionally to the spacious bedroom, there is a bathroom with a shower and a small WC. The kitchen is opening up to the roomy dining area and the living room.
Die Lage am Hansaplatz bedeutet, dass der Hauptbahnhof und somit sämtlicher Nahverkehr fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist. Auch zur Alster sowie zur langen Reihe (mit vielen netten Restaurants, Cafés etc.) ist es ein Katzensprung und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art befinden sich direkt um die Ecke (Edeka, Lidl, Penny, türkische Gemüsemärkte, Wochenmarkt). Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie zum Hinterhof rausgeht, so dass es beispielsweise problemlos möglich ist, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

The flat is located in St. Georg, pretty much in the center of the city. That means, the central station as well as pretty much all local traffic can be reached in only a few minutes. A walk around the „Alster“ is easily possible and the „Lange Reihe“ with cute cafés and nice restaurants is just around the corner. Shopping facilities of all kinds are also all around (Edeka, Lidl, Penny, farmers market twice a week, …).
Despite its centrality, the flats position at the back of the building makes it very quit and it is possible to sleep with open windows without a problem.
