Ich bin jobbedingt in eine andere Stadt gezogen und suche dauerhaft eine Untermieterin (nur w.) zum 01.05.2022 spätestens 01.06.2022. Die sonnige Wohnung ist charmant geschnitten und gepflegt, 1 großes Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer, WC und Bad getrennt, Küche voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine. Nach Absprache kann ein wenig Mobiliar (z.B.Regal, Bettgestell, Küchenkram, etc.) gern bleiben, die Wände sind absichtlich unverputzt. Die Miete ist inkl. sämtlicher Kosten (Heizung, Wasser, Ökostrom, Internet, GEZ, etc.) und beträgt mit allem drum und dran pauschal
€ 850,- monatlich.
Im schönsten Teil von St.Pauli. Urban und trotzdem idyllisch gelegen.
Nur an w. mit geregeltem Einkommen, Nichtraucherin, keine Haustiere, zuverlässig, nicht so lärmig (aus Respekt vor den Nachbarn) und überhaupt ne Tolle :) Leider kann die Wohnung nur an 1 Person untervermietet werden.
Die Besichtigung findet nach Vereinbarung mit der jetzigen Untermieterin statt. Ich bin voraussichtlich per Video Call dabei und freu mich auf Dich!
