Die Wohnung ist WG geeignet. Die Zimmer sind 12 und 14 m² groß. Das Bad ist grade vor drei Jahren frisch renoviert worden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Bis zur S-Bahn Veddel läuft man höchstens 5 Minuten. Es gibt ein Penny und einen türkischen Supermarkt in der Nähe, außerdem eine Pizzaria und zwei Kiosk. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an den Gleisen aber wegen den Schallschutzfenster ist das kein Problem.
Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine, ein Tisch und zwei Badezimmerschränke sind noch vorhanden und würde ich bei Bedarf für um und bei 200 Euro mitgeben.
