Suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer 58 m²-Wohnung in Hamburg-Winterhude.
Die Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren teilsaniert, hat zwei gut geschnittene Zimmer, ein neues, hell gefliestes Bad und getrenntes WC, Südwestbalkon zum Garten, neue EBK mit Ceranfeld und neuem Kühlschrank, Laminat in der ganzen Wohnung. Platz für Wasch- und Geschirrspülmaschine, eine kleine Abstellkammer im Flur sowie Kellerraum ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Einbahn- und Seitenstraße in der Nähe der Dorotheenstraße (sehr ruhig!). U-Bahn-Station Sierichstraße und Bushaltestellen für die Linien 25 und 109 sind in der Nähe. Stadtpark und Außenalster sowie der Mühlenkamp mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein riesiger REWE-Supermarkt ist quasi gleich um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist zum 31. August 2016 gekündigt. Ich würde aber ggf. bereits zu Mitte August ausziehen.
